GOLDMAN RUN 1.22x in a Ferrari 360 GT, TAKES POLE FOR VIPER DAYS SATURDAY RACE

Steve Goldman, driving possibly the greatest sounding track car in club racing today, takes the pole in qualifying, beating all the Vipers at their Viper Days event.  Goldman is running a Ferrari 360 GT, which is the special lightweight version of the 360 built for racing.  It is faster than a 360 Challenge car, and sounds 3x as good as a Challenge car, if you can possibly imagine that.  Goldman was clocked at 1:23 in practice on Friday, by a drooling bystander who was timing random laps.  Goldman's car seemed to be the fastest car on the track Friday.
